LOT-ART is a new membership platform that offers its users access to real auction data from thousands of the world’s most renowned and active auction houses in the fine art world. The team of experienced art investors and data analysts behind the platform have brought together this data in an attempt to bring art investors and collectors—both beginner and more established—the most insightful and in-depth market analytics available.

The newly launched auction prices platform is also continuing to expand its services and reach, and one of the newest features of the LOT-ART membership site is its profitability analysis and trends. Combining their worldwide auction data with a detailed analysis of each member’s individual taste in art, budget, risk profile and financial objectives—for example, whether they are looking for short-term speculative investments, or see art as a means to conserve capital—LOT-ART’s Investment Advisory can determine the best buys from an integrated financial standpoint.

As LOT-ART’s founders explained, “Exploiting geographical arbitrages and information asymmetries in the global art market, the LOT-ART Investment Advisory enables investors to secure quality assets which are also sound financial investments, offering a high degree of capital liquidity and opportunity of return.”

While the performance of the art market remains strong, despite instabilities in other markets, LOT-ART understands that the overall value of a piece of art, from a financial perspective, depends fundamentally upon how long the collector wishes to hold the piece. This is why, in addition to aggregating auction sales for their members, LOT-ART also uses their data to look at the profitability of a piece in connection to both short-term and long-term trends in the global art market.

LOT-ART believes that any astute art investor should make use of their services, which they believe offer data-driven findings that illuminate art trends and concretely determine the best market price for any given piece of art.

A spokesperson for the online art auction prices platform said, “LOT-ART can assess the liquidity of fine art to identify best investment deals in the global auction market, optimizing the portfolio diversification strategy of private collectors and financial institutions who wish to invest in art-related assets with the highest potential return.”

PH pharma firm marks 80 years with new health, wellness offerings

Pascual Laboratories, Inc. is marking its 80th year in the Philippines with new health and wellness offerings and campaigns for several of its established brands. Founded in 1946 by Isosceles and Leonora Pascual, the company began by addressing what it described as the post-war health needs of fellow Filipinos. Eight decades later, it continues to expand its portfolio while commemorating the milestone under the theme “#GalingThatKeepsGoing.” Among the new offerings introduced this year are Alevia-B, which marks the company’s entry into the mobility market, and MyColla C, a food supplement combining marine collagen and vitamin C. Alevia-B combines paracetamol with vitamins B1 (thiamine), B6 (pyridoxine) and B12 (cyanocobalamin) in a single tablet. According to the company, the formulation is intended to help relieve mild to moderate muscle, joint or nerve-related pain while supporting normal nerve function. Paracetamol is a widely used first-line non-opioid analgesic for mild to moderate pain. Vitamins B1, B6 and B12 are essential for normal nervous system function and contribute to neuronal metabolism and myelin maintenance. The company said the formulation brings together an analgesic component with neurotropic vitamins, offering a complementary approach to addressing different components of pain. The other new product, MyColla C, combines premium hydrolyzed marine collagen with vitamin C. The company said the collagen provides building blocks that help support skin health, including elasticity, hydration and firmness, while vitamin C is essential in producing and maintaining collagen. The combination supports normal collagen formation and structure when paired with proper diet and exercise. MyColla C is available in three formats: Strawberry Milk powdered drink sachets, unflavored sachets that can be mixed with drinks and chewable tablets. The anniversary year also includes new campaigns for several of the company’s flagship brands. Poten-Cee Vitamin C launched its “#CeeGe Lang” campaign, while Ascof Forte introduced a campaign focused on natural cough relief for various coughs not caused by bacterial infection. C-Lium Fibre unveiled its “#PowerTheSlay” campaign earlier this year, focusing on irregular bowel movement. Poten-Cee + C also highlights the combination of bovine and marine collagen through its “#MyGlowToChoice” campaign. As part of its 80th-anniversary activities, PascualLab also offered customers P80 Mercury Drug gift certificates for every accumulated purchase of P400 worth of PascualLab products. The company said more offerings are in the pipeline as it continues its anniversary year. From its beginnings in 1946, PascualLab has expanded its health and wellness portfolio to include products such as OraCare Mouthrinse, PelarGo and Glutaphos. Its 80th anniversary looks back on that history while emphasizing the company’s continuing efforts to address the health needs of Filipinos.
