Pertaining to her educational pursuits, Dr. Kalyoussef earned her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey's Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in 2007, before completing her residency in otolaryngology at UMDNJ University Hospital in 2012.

Recognized as a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, the doctor attained board certification in otolaryngology through the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery, which serves the public by ensuring that diplomates meet the standards of training, knowledge, and professionalism through initial and continuing certification.
