Olumo aids organizations by providing them with an invaluable road map designed to address specific DEI&B issues. The company is providing businesses with the option to try out their complimentary trial which will unveil actionable results from the businesses’ own personnel.

Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging focuses on ensuring a company’s workplace is diverse and that all employees are presented with the same chances. Employees should feel empowered, and the company should strive to create a culture that makes others feel comfortable being and expressing who they are as individuals.

Olumo shows businesses that having a diverse workforce is just the first step of this vital process. Listening to and understanding employees intently is key in order to fix their organization’s DEI&B since their employees’ actions are a result of how they think and their inherent beliefs.

Businesses will gain helpful information and insight via the company’s SMS text interactions. Olumo will take part in anonymous exchanges to listen and learn from the employees’ experience at their workplace. Based on the data gathered, the business will then receive real time human sentiment metrics and actionable insights that will help lead the employer’s regular decision-making.

Businesses that take advantage of the DEI&B service will experience improved employee satisfaction since their workforce will feel cared for, validated, and know that their opinions are important and considered.

Olumo is dedicated to helping businesses listen, engage, act, and measure their progress. With the aid of the company’s proprietary LEAP method, organizations can enhance “The Human Experience at Work”. The company is also offering no-cost 30-minute consultations and a downloadable DEI&B campaign brochure which can be found on their website.

A spokesperson for the company said: “In today’s “experience economy”, organizations need to be working harder than ever to create cultures that attract, engage, develop, and retain their people, all while delivering business results. Olumo helps organizations build a people-focused culture through a data-driven approach.”

PH pharma firm marks 80 years with new health, wellness offerings

Pascual Laboratories, Inc. is marking its 80th year in the Philippines with new health and wellness offerings and campaigns for several of its established brands. Founded in 1946 by Isosceles and Leonora Pascual, the company began by addressing what it described as the post-war health needs of fellow Filipinos. Eight decades later, it continues to expand its portfolio while commemorating the milestone under the theme “#GalingThatKeepsGoing.” Among the new offerings introduced this year are Alevia-B, which marks the company’s entry into the mobility market, and MyColla C, a food supplement combining marine collagen and vitamin C. Alevia-B combines paracetamol with vitamins B1 (thiamine), B6 (pyridoxine) and B12 (cyanocobalamin) in a single tablet. According to the company, the formulation is intended to help relieve mild to moderate muscle, joint or nerve-related pain while supporting normal nerve function. Paracetamol is a widely used first-line non-opioid analgesic for mild to moderate pain. Vitamins B1, B6 and B12 are essential for normal nervous system function and contribute to neuronal metabolism and myelin maintenance. The company said the formulation brings together an analgesic component with neurotropic vitamins, offering a complementary approach to addressing different components of pain. The other new product, MyColla C, combines premium hydrolyzed marine collagen with vitamin C. The company said the collagen provides building blocks that help support skin health, including elasticity, hydration and firmness, while vitamin C is essential in producing and maintaining collagen. The combination supports normal collagen formation and structure when paired with proper diet and exercise. MyColla C is available in three formats: Strawberry Milk powdered drink sachets, unflavored sachets that can be mixed with drinks and chewable tablets. The anniversary year also includes new campaigns for several of the company’s flagship brands. Poten-Cee Vitamin C launched its “#CeeGe Lang” campaign, while Ascof Forte introduced a campaign focused on natural cough relief for various coughs not caused by bacterial infection. C-Lium Fibre unveiled its “#PowerTheSlay” campaign earlier this year, focusing on irregular bowel movement. Poten-Cee + C also highlights the combination of bovine and marine collagen through its “#MyGlowToChoice” campaign. As part of its 80th-anniversary activities, PascualLab also offered customers P80 Mercury Drug gift certificates for every accumulated purchase of P400 worth of PascualLab products. The company said more offerings are in the pipeline as it continues its anniversary year. From its beginnings in 1946, PascualLab has expanded its health and wellness portfolio to include products such as OraCare Mouthrinse, PelarGo and Glutaphos. Its 80th anniversary looks back on that history while emphasizing the company’s continuing efforts to address the health needs of Filipinos.
